Football is a wonderful game but only a few succeed at the highest level.
Now that the Euro 2024 is finished, it’s time to have a look at Liverpool players who were born before 2004 and who cannot be considered U21 players anymore. At this point in their career, either they have a good path towards the first team (and this can include a loan agreement somewhere) or they need to leave the club.
Among them are the following goalkeepers:
- Fabian Mrozek (GK)
- Harvey Davies (GK)
- Jakub Ojrzynski (GK)
- Vitezslav Jaros (GK)
the following defenders:
- Billy Koumetio (CB)
- Rhys Williams (CB)
- Sepp van den Berg (CB)
- Calvin Ramsay (RB)
- James Norris (LB)
- Owen Beck (LB)
the following midfielders:
- Luca Stephenson (DM)
- Tyler Morton (DM)
- Dominic Corness (CM)
- James Balagizi (CM)
- Tom Hill (CM)
and a lone forward:
- Harvey Blair (RW)
It is also important that Nathaniel Phillips (CB), who is 27, finally goes to another club.
Do you think that some of them have a future at Liverpool?
Ritters says
Ritaccio left the club in January, try to keep up!
Avinash Meetoo says
You are right. Matteo Ritaccio was released in January. I’m updating the post accordingly.
