Last night, Barcelona beat Liverpool 3-0 in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.
Personally, I felt that Liverpool played well and was better than Barcelona during long stretches. The players were good but could not score the 2-3 clear chances they had. Salah, Mané, Wijnaldum and Milner all came really close. The Barcelona players did though, with one goal by Luis Suarez and two by Lionel Messi (his free-kick at the 80th minute was amazing).
The probability of Liverpool winning the return tie by 4-0 (or 5-1, etc.) is very low (a few percents at most). Liverpool will have to score very early and completely dominate the midfield.
Can this happen? I have some doubts, to be honest, but history shows that, at Anfield, anything can happen.
