Yesterday, a magnificent thing happened : Michael Owen scored twice. And made the assist for Liverpool’s third goal. Can this be Liverpool’s revival ?
I sincerely think that Liverpool will be 4th of the league this season. And that, Ferguson has lost the plot concerning ManUre and that they’ll win nothing this year, and next year, and next next year, etc.
Eddy Young says
I don’t get to watch much football in England, thanks to the charges that Sky asks for its sports channels. Reading post-match reports in newspapers is not as fun as watching the live action on TV. (You should consider yourself lucky to be having free football matches on MBC TV!)
I’d still like to point out that Sir Alex Ferguson went through some tough time recently when shareholders of the club launched an investigation on his transfer deals, deliberately to put pressure on him. I sincerely believe that this, coupled with Rio Ferdinand’s suspension, has seriously affected Manchester United’s performance this season. Hopefully, we’ll be back in good form.
BTW, I’ve been trying to find an authentic Liverpool shirt for my nephew. There’s none to be found; all those that I’ve tried are cheapish, compared to the ones from Arsenal and Man Utd. I’m starting to believe that Liverpool does not do any, unless someone enlightens me.
Anyway, better Liverpool than the bragging Arsenal!
